THE Ministry of Economy and Commerce in collaboration with Mannai Trading Co. WLL, dealer of Subaru vehicles in Qatar, has announced the recall of Subaru Tribeca models of 2007-2012 because of a defect in the hood safety and lock system.
The ministry in the press release said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicles’ defects and repair them.
The Ministry said that it will coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out to avoid any inconvinience to the customers.
