Doha, Qatar: COYA Doha at W Doha has introduced its new COYA Doha Specials, a collection of dishes that brings a local perspective to the restaurant’s contemporary Peruvian offering.
Launched on 24 September in the presence of Fabrizio Fossati, COYA Global Executive Chef, and Sany Bacsi, Global Bar Manager, the Specials complement the existing menu and invite guests to discover new expressions of COYA’s culinary identity.
Drawing on the brand’s Latin American roots, the COYA Doha Specials explore the connection between COYA’s culinary influences and Doha’s dining scene. The collection brings a fresh expression of contemporary Peruvian cuisine to the city, while staying true to COYA’s distinctive identity.
The collection places storytelling at the heart of the experience, inviting guests to explore the inspiration behind each creation. From the choice of ingredients to their preparation and presentation, the Specials offer a fresh perspective on the relationship between COYA’s heritage and Doha’s dining culture. Fabrizio and Sany joined the COYA Doha team to mark the occasion, bringing the brand’s global culinary perspectives to the launch.
An intimate Connectors Dinner brought friends of the brand, media and invited guests together around one shared table. Throughout the evening, guests tasted the COYA Doha Specials while the chef shared the ideas and influences behind the dishes, creating space for conversation and discovery.
