•    The authorities have been urged to monitor companies promoting new products in malls and shopping centres by distributing energy drinks free to children, as this may affect the children’s health.
•    Some people have urged the authorities to monitor prices in the vegetable market as many traders have hiked their prices to make the most of the increased number of customers following people’s return from summer vacations.
•    There is talk in the social media about a plan of the Ministry of Environment to open shops and special markets for sale of animals near breeding farms, and a plan to expand the farms to produce more animal products to meet the local demand. 
•    Some people are concerned by school buses getting delayed due to traffic jams, because of which the drivers drive fast in residential areas, where students are waiting or walking in the streets. The drivers should start early to reach the students in time and before traffic jams begin.
•    There is talk in the social media about the contract awarded to Mitsubishi to build the Qatari satellite Es’hail 2, which will be launched in 2016.
•    Some nationals have urged the authorities to revise the law banning bachelors from living in residential areas for families, as its implementation is ineffective. There is need for a new mechanism that would prevent tenants postponing their evacuation. 
•    People have complained about the hike in prices of “diet restaurants”, which serve meals for people who want to lose weight, and said that subscription to these restaurants now costs QR300 a month.
