Football freestyle star Logan announced as new Save the Dream Ambassador

Doha, Qatar: Save the Dream, a global initiative operated by the International Centre for Sport Security (ICSS) with the support of Ooredoo, the Technology Partner, has announced the appointment of Logan Ragouramin (pictured), French football freestyle professional athlete, as its new Ambassador.

Logan’s appointment will see the 25-year-old European Champion of Football Freestyle join the team of Save the Dream’s internationally renowned champions including  but not limited to Alessandro Del Piero, Christian Karembeu, David Trezeguet, Fernando Hierro, Fernando Sanz, Tegla Loroupe, Rosa Mota, Penny Heyns, Giusy Versace, Sheikh Fahad Bin Khalid Al Thani, Nuno Delgado, Fiona May, Honey Thaljieh, and Isabella Echeverri.

In his new role, the French football freestyle professional athlete of Indian origin will promote the mission and values of Save the Dream to empower youth through safe access to sport and its educational and social values. 

Logan is best known internationally as the top 8 world’s freestyle footballer and one of the most stylish freestylers in the world.

Accepting his new role, Logan said: “ I feel highly honoured to team up with Save the Dream and support its work to inspire children and young people learn transferable skills and lead positive and active lifestyle. As an art which combines creatively and self-expression with various types of football tricks, dance, and aerobatics, freestyle football is a amazing means to apply skills at every aspect of life, increase self-confidence, and promote social inclusion which is at the heart of sport.”

Commenting on the appointment, Save the Dream Executive Director Massimiliano Montanari, said: “Welcoming Logan to the Save the Dream team of Ambassadors means welcoming all those youth who pursue their goals with their own personal methods and skills, and use sport to express themselves in freedom.”
