DOHA: Ooredoo yesterday launched a new Business Self-Service Portal to give customers more control over their accounts and services this year.
Developed for small and medium businesses, the portal enables companies to easily manage their bills and will soon enable them to place new service orders in a secure and convenient format, without having to contact their account manager or the Ooredoo call centre.
The feature is free to subscribe to, with customers needing to register on the website (http://ooredoo.qa/en/businesshome) to receive their username and password.
Waleed Al Sayed, Chief Operating Officer, Ooredoo, said: “Companies in Qatar are becoming increasingly sophisticated in the way they manage their communications needs, and we are launching this portal as part of our efforts to provide everyone with digital services they require to do business. The portal will enable customers to take control of their communication.”
The portal has been designed to give Ooredoo’s growing business customer base more access to their information, accounts, service options and increasingly complex product portfolio.
Customers will be able to access the portal wherever they are in the world, via laptop, desktop, tablet device or smartphone.
