Doha: Weather forecast for Qatar valid until 6pm Saturday inshore will be hazy at places at first becoming relatively hot daytime with slight dust at places and scattered clouds with a weak chance of light rain at North. Offshore, the weather is expected to be hazy and partly cloudy with a chance of scattered rain at North maybe thundery at times.
The Department of Meteorology warned of expected thundery rain at North associated with strong wind and high seas at times offshore.
Wind inshore will be southeasterly to southwesterly 05 to 15 knot, reaching 18 knot at North at first, becoming northwesterly to northeasterly by afternoon. Offshore, wind will be southeasterly to easterly at 08 to 18 knot, reaching 24 knot at North with thunder rain, becoming northeasterly late night.
Visibility will be 04 to 08 kilometer. The sea state inshore will be between 1 to 3 feet raising to 4 at place at times, while offshore it will be 2 to 4/6 feet raising to 7 feet to the North with thunder rain.
