Qatar’s business competitiveness will get a boost with the launch of new enterprise collaboration tools by Ooredoo.
To provide Qatar’s businesses with more communication options, the company has launched a one-stop-shop, cloud-based platform for end-to-end Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solutions – Value Added Services.
The platform will enable companies to add new communication options quickly, easily and cost effectively, enhancing their experience beyond basic collaboration services.
Yousuf Abdulla Al Kubaisi, Chief Operating Officer, Ooredoo Qatar, said: “In response to enterprise customer demands for better support for mobile workforces, Ooredoo has launched simple and affordable collaboration solutions that enable Qatar’s organisations to make communication faster, smarter, and easier.”
“Using Ooredoo’s suite of collaboration solutions, Qatar’s organisations can hold meetings at a moment’s notice on mobile devices, access real-time business dashboards, and enjoy full integration and security over apps and mobile devices,” he added.
As one example of the services available, businesses will be able to deploy the newly-launched eFax service, which enables companies to share documents more easily. They will also be able to access improved billing and accounting services, and access their own contact centre solution over the cloud.
