Doha, Qatar: Minister of Labour and President of the International Labour Conference H E Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri held a meeting with Minister of Human Resources and Social Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia H E Engineer Ahmad bin Sulaiman AlRajhi. This meeting took place on the fringes of the International Labour Conference in Geneva, Switzerland.
The meeting revolved around discussing strategies to strengthen mutual collaboration between the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly in the labour sector. The goal was to leverage the successful practices in developing the work environment in both nations.
Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi extended his congratulations to Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri on his election as the President of the International Labour Conference’s 111th session. He expressed his wishes for Dr Al Marri’s success in steering the Labour Conference towards developing significant recommendations at the level of the three production parties.
