Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index gained 56.93 points, or 0.53 percent, to close trading at 10,711.48 points on Sunday.
The volume of shares traded decreased to 131,466,045 from 140,415,236 yesterday and the value of shares increased to QR446,036,181.212 from QR343,518,902.494 yesterday.
The indices five sectors ended in green zone and two sectors ended in red today.
QSE Total Return Index gained 0.53 percent to 21,940.58, QSE Al Rayan Islamic index added 0.54 percent to 4,538.75 points and QSE All Share Index increased 0.20 percent to 3,439.48 points.
