Coasts and Borders Security holds Graduation of Cruiser Commander course

Doha: The General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security held the graduation of the course of cruiser commander in internal waters on February 3, 2022, in which seven personnel of the General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security and the National Service Academy participated. 

The course, which was held at the Maritime Qualification and Training Center at the General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security during the period from January 2, 2022 to February 3, 2022, included several naval exercises to provide participants with the skills necessary to cruiser command.

Director General of Coasts and Borders Security Brig. Nasser Jabr Al Nuaimi expressed his pleasure with the tasks and work accomplished by the trainees during the training period and their keenness to benefit from the course in a way that contributes to raising the level of performance. 

He noted that the course was conducted within the framework of the plan of Coasts and Borders Security in the field of training in order to raise the efficiency of its personnel and as part of the cooperation with various authorities to raise the level of learners.

Al Nuaimi added that the General of General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security carries out many important tasks and duties entrusted to it, so it gives great importance to the training and qualification courses that include all requirements and training needs. He said that it enables the participants to get qualified at the highest level to help them perform the tasks entrusted to them to the fullest.  He praised the efforts exerted by the Maritime Training and Qualification Center in terms of preparing for courses and selecting the appropriate ones.
