To ensure that customers get the best value for money, as well as introduce a new fun reward for topping-up, Ooredoo yesterday launched its new Hala Daily Surprise service.
Hala Daily Surprise has been designed to offer a fresh new customer experience for Ooredoo users and the service works by enabling Hala customers to choose between one of three daily deals when they top up, said a press release.
Every day, Hala customers can pick one of three cost-saving options. Each option aims to fulfil a day’s usage needs and customers can enjoy a Hala offer by simply dialling *123# or logging in to the Ooredoo App, then topping-up the amount they need for the offer.
Hala Daily Surprise offers include extra credit, extra data for data recharges, or extra minutes to India, Bangladesh or Pakistan when activating a Dawli International Calling Card.
Waleed Al Sayed, Chief Executive Office, Ooredoo Qatar, said: “Hala Daily Surprise is our fun way of giving our customers an extra boost of allowance for using the services they need on a daily basis. We understand that each days communication needs are different which is why Hala Daily Surprise enables our customers to take control of how they want to be rewarded on our award-winning Supernet.”

To benefit from the Hala Daily Surprise promotion, customers need to simply dial *123#, choose the offer they want and top up the selected amount to activate it.
