Katara and Palladium Group will host the eighth session of the Qatar Strategy Execution Community (QSEC) tomorrow.
The session titled "Holistic Approach for Strategy Alignment" will discuss the best practices of public and private sectors to align their strategies with national or international goals. The topic is timely and relevant as the National Development Strategy 2017-2022 is undergoing development, which presents an opportunity for different organisations to align their strategies with aspirations beyond their boundaries.
The session will include presentations on best practices for strategy alignment for various domains that include Health, Private Sector & CSR, Education, and Government.
The presentations will be given by experts in the field that include Dr Farley R Cleghorn, Global Head of the Health Practice at Palladium, Dr. Shadi bin Fouad Khawandanah, Chairman of “Special Direction” Group; Dr Khalid Al Mezaini, Assistant Professor, Gulf Studies Program and Jose Maria Ortiz, Regional Director for EMEA at Palladium. The presentations will be followed by an interactive discussion facilitated by Barbora Stankovicova, Country Director for Qatar office at Palladium.
