The Public Works Authority, ‘Ashghal’ announces the temporary closure of a 100 metre stretch of a local street located off Al Wukair Road, near Teyseer petrol station.
The diversion will start tomorrow and last for three months in coordination with the Traffic Police Department.
During this period, road users and residents of Ezdan Villages 3, 9 and 11, will be required to follow the diversion route and access Al Wukair road via the alternative local street as shown on the map.
The traffic diversion is required to allow for the construction of one of five major interchanges as part of Ashghal’s Al Wakrah Bypass project. Once completed, The Al Wakrah Bypass will provide direct connection between Doha and Mesaieed.
