As many as 290 licences were issued by the Ministry Economy and Commerce for discount offers for commercial outlets last month.
In its monthly statistical report, the ministry has said no liquidation licences have been issued during the month.
Licences issued for different type of promotions were counted 429, including raffles which accounted 18 licences and scratch and win shared four licences.
Licences for special offers were the highest counting 310 licences and promotions 97 licences.
