Doha, Qatar: The Department of Religious Call and Guidance at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs announced the opening of registration for ‘Principles of Sharia Science’ programme, within the programmes of consolidation and academic achievement.
The programme deals with many explanations of the texts of scientific books that contribute to building the individual scientifically and legally, and in more than one science from the branches of Islamic Sharia sciences.
The courses will held in three scientific centres nationwide in the cities of Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, and Al Khor, during the period from today (January 7) until March 3, 2024 and over three days a week, which are Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday during the evening period.
The programme is about teaching the principles of Sharia sciences in person, in different regions of the country, to increase the benefit and make it easier for students of Sharia sciences and those wishing to learn jurisprudence in their religion to attend these lessons and benefit from them.
Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Abdul Rahman Al Thani Mosque (1234), in Al-Rayyan, Al Furusia area, Qanbar Al Ansari Mosque (1209) in Al Wakra, and Abdul Latif Muhammad Al Misnad Al Muhannadi Mosque (1181) in the city of Al Khor will host the programme.
Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Abdul Rahman Al Thani Mosque in Al Rayyan region will host explanations of three texts, which are the text of the book Bedayat Al Abid W Kefayat Al Zahid in jurisprudence, on Sundays weekly, presented by Sheikh Muhammad Mahmoud Al Mahmoud.
The second text on the term Hadith is from the book Al Manzomat Al Bayquniyah presented by Sheikh Dr. Salman Khidr Al Atwi on Mondays weekly.
The third text is about the honourable biography of the Prophet;(PUBH). It is presented by Sheikh Yahya bin Butti Al Nuaimi to explain the book Al Arjouza Al Mi’iyya, after the Maghrib prayer on Tuesday weekly.
The programme is distinguished by the participants obtaining a certificate of participation by attending no less than 75% of the total number of hours scheduled in the study subjects at each centre, which is the basis for seeking Islamic knowledge.
