In conjunction with the Community Footprints Programme of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, the staff of Sharq Village and Spa organised a blood donation day in partnership with Hamad Medical Corporation
“At the Ritz-Carlton our ladies and gentlemen play an important role in our endeavor to benefit our community,” said Carsten Fritz, General Manager, Sharq Village and Spa.
“Without employee involvement, our outreach efforts would not be nearly as successful,” added Carsten.
Around 75 employees and some hotel guests took part in the initiative.
The essence of the community footprints programme is to encourage and support the ladies and gentlemen to participate in community initiatives through philanthropy, volunteerism, education and environmental preservation.
