Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MECC), in cooperation with Qatar University, has launched a competition entitled “Student Teams: Awareness Campaign on Environment and Climate Change – Spring 2025”.
The contest aims to encourage students to design and implement innovative awareness campaigns that focus on environmental and climate change issues.
Assistant Undersecretary for Protection and Natural Reserves Affairs at MECC Dr. Ibrahim Al Musalmani stressed that this competition is part of the Ministry’s vision, which is based on building an aware society that adopts the concepts of sustainability and environmental protection.
He said that the contest will contribute to stimulating creativity and innovation among students and providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to participate effectively in protecting our environment and preserving our natural resources.
