Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior (MOI) invited members of the community to participate in the Civil Defence Competition, organised as part of Qatar National Sports Day 2026 at Stadium 974, according to announcements made through their official platforms.
The competition is designed to encourage physical activity, teamwork, and community engagement, featuring four main categories. These include the Tactical and Military Competition, which tests physical fitness and coordination through structured challenges, and the 4K and 1K Run, aimed at individuals, families, and children within a supervised setting.
The programme also includes the Civil Defence Activation, offering hands-on activities related to Civil Defence operations, and the Coast Guard Competition, which focuses on teamwork and endurance through a rescue-based challenge.
