AgriteQ attracts large number of school students

Doha, Qatar: Qatar International Agricultural Exhibition 2025 (AgriteQ) received a group of school students on an exciting educational tour that included the exhibition’s various pavilions. 

Students from Zekreet Primary School, The Next Generation School, Al Manar Model School, Al Salam School and a group of other schools participated throughout the second day of the exhibition, in interactive activities aimed at enhancing their awareness of agriculture and food security.

Students learned about the latest agricultural technologies and environmental sustainability methods, in addition to food security projects that play a major role in achieving Qatar National Vision 2030. 

They also enjoyed tours of the livestock pavilions, where they discovered the importance of raising camels and small ruminants.

The exhibition is a prominent international event aimed at promoting sustainable agricultural technologies and enhancing areas of international cooperation in the agricultural sector. It is held within the framework of Qatar National Vision 2030, continuing its role in driving innovation and directing investments towards improving the agricultural sector, contributing to sustainable development.

The event aims to lead national efforts in achieving sustainable food security through agricultural innovation and its mission is to support local farmers, foster technological innovation, build strategic partnerships, and ensure safe and stable food supplies.
