Trust Exchange Company WLL, the leading money exchange and remittance company in Qatar has relocated its Al Khor branch to a more spacious and a conveniently accessible location with state of the art facilities at Quality Mall in Al Khor yesterday.

The relocated branch was inaugurated by P Kumaran, ambassador of India to Qatar in presence of senior management of Trust Exchange Company WLL.

“It gives us immense pleasure to move to this new location with improved facilities. With state of the art facilities and amenities, the new branch allows us to better serve our esteemed customers. We will continue to enhance our financial services experience with every branch that we open,” said KNS Das of Trust Exchange Company WLL.

“The relocation is in line with the company’s strategy to reinforce its growing presence in local markets while reaching out to our customers and providing them easy access to our wide range of services.”

Trust Exchange has grown to become one of the region’s most preferred exchange houses providing fast and reliable money transfer solutions and foreign exchange services powered by a vast network, reputed partners and high standards of customer care. One of Trust Exchange’s most popular products is ‘Lulu Now’, which allows immediate credit to designated bank accounts instantly.

The Al Khor branch at Quality Mall also has the latest eSigning facility, which allows customers to verify details of the transaction and digitally sign on the receipt presented to them on the e-tablet present on the counter. Customers then receive a digital copy of their transaction in their email address along with a physical copy of the receipt with their signature. Trust Exchange had earlier in the year implemented the automated ID scanning facility, which eases the KYC norms, thereby allowing more convenience to its customers.

Customer satisfaction being its ultimate goal, Trust Exchange thoroughly analyses the budding customers’ needs and takes measures to cater to their demands. The eight branches across Qatar serve as a proof of its success.

“We are constantly evaluating our branches in Qatar and moving at par with the growing needs of our esteemed customers.

Further development across all of our branches is in the pipeline, in line with the strategy of the company and we will constantly stay on top of our game in the exchange and remittance business,” said Mr Das.
