Safari Hyper Market and all its outlets will be holding a week long Curry Festival from today.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from both North and South of India will be available through out the week. Allapuzha Chemeen Curry, Mutton Malabari, Nadan Kozhi Curry, Fish Mappas, Beef Varutharacha Curry, Kuttanadan Meen Curry and many other native dishes from Kerala are on show. Paneer Tikka Masala, Mutton Daniyal Korma, Mutton Rogan Josh, Prawns Kadai, Fish Masala, Fish Anarkalli, Lasoomi Baigan and other mouth watering dishes prepared under the supervision of expert chefs will be available.
The festival will start today and will last till August 12 and will be held at Safari Mall at Abu Hamour and Safari Hyper Market at Salwa Road. At both these centres the Curry Festival is held at the Safari Bakery and Hot Food section.
Another promotion — Cycle Carnival — will commence from today in all the Safari outlets and will have on display a wide range of bicycles.
