Imalco has partnered with Ryobi, Japanese power tools major, for distributing their power tools and associated products in Qatar. Ryobi is a specialised professional power tools brand that is engineered in Japan and is sold throughout the global market.
With the rapid expansion in the construction sector in 2012, Imalco diversified and created the Industrial Business Unit (IBU), which is engaged in distribution and after sales services of power tools, workshop equipment, generators and a host of other related industrial products.
According to Imalco’s CEO, Aboobacker, the creation of IBU was a challenge taken for sustainable growth in their audacious journey to becoming a leading player in that field.
