Winds inshore will be mainly westerly to northwesterly at a speed of 03 to 13 knot gusting to 18 knot at places at times. Offshore it will be mainly northwesterly to southwesterly at a speed of 04 to 13 knot.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 2 feet, while offshore will be 1 - 3 feet.
Visibility inshore will be 4 to 9 kilometers, while offshore will be 4 to 9 kilometers.
