Doha, Qatar: The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received on Sunday, July 5, 2026, a phone call from HE Jean-Noël Barrot, French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
During the call, they reviewed the bilateral cooperation between the two countries and ways to strengthen them, and discussed the latest regional developments, particularly in Lebanon and the diplomatic efforts being made to promote security and stability in the region, following the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, in addition to discussing a number of topics of common interest.
