Doha: The Qatar Electricity and Water Company, a Qatari public shareholding company, signed an agreement to sell its own plot of land located in Lusail city to Regency Land Real Estate Company for QR 175 million.
A statement issued by the company stated that the plot of land has an area of 25,120 square meters owned by the company in Lusail City, and Regency Land Real Estate Company is currently implementing some procedures with Al Diar Real Estate Company.
Qatar Electricity and Water Company was established in 1990 with QR 1.1 billion capital.
