Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received yesterday a written message from the Emir of Kuwait, H H Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah. Khaled Yousef Abdulaziz Al Fulaij, the adviser to the Emir of Kuwait, handed the message during a meeting at Al Bahr Palace office.
