As many as 43 environmental violations were recorded last month by the Environmental Protection, Nature Reserves and Wildlife Department at the Ministry of Municipality and Environment.
Among the violations was camel grazing in prohibited areas, followed by littering, violations of hunting law and felling of trees.
In order to protect the environment, environmental patrols and other authorities made efforts to curb the transgressions.
