Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Meteorology Department has issued a warning for strong wind and high seas offshore this weekend.
In its weather forecast, the department said temperatures will be moderate during the daytime throughout the weekend, with scattered clouds. On Saturday evening, March 7, 2026, there is a chance of light rain. The weather will be cold, becoming colder at night, with temperatures ranging between 15°C and 25°C.
Winds will be northwesterly at 4-14 knots, gusting to 20 knots at times.
Wave height will be 3-6ft, rising to 8ft at times on Friday, March 6, 2026; while on Saturday, waves will range between 4 and 8ft, falling to 2-4ft by night.
