Prime Minister in the caretaker government of Afghanistan H E Mohammad Hasan Akhund received the credentials of H E Dr. Mirdif bin Ali Al Qashouti as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Afghanistan.
