Rome: Chairperson of Qatar Museums H E Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani paid a visit to Qatar’s pavilion at Expo Milan 2015, and toured different sections including Qatar Museums’ pavilion.
Sheikha Al Mayassa was briefed on key aspects of Qatar’s participation in the expo, especially in food security and sustainability.
Al Mayassa praised Qatar’s pavilion which reflected the history of the country and its bright and prosperous future, lauding the activities being held, particularly the cultural events.
Al Mayassa was received by Qatar’s Ambassador Abdul Aziz bin Ahmed Al Maliki Al Juhani.
