Doha, Qatar: Secretary-General of the United Nations, HE Antonio Guterres, arrived in Doha on Monday to participate in the Second World Summit for Social Development, hosted by the State of Qatar from 4 to 6 November.
His Excellency was welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations, HE Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al Thani.
