InterContinental Doha The City came together to declare October 28 as “Wear Pink Day” in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. From management, sales and marketing and front office to housekeeping, food and beverage and engineering, colleagues donned pink clothing and pink ribbons, which were provided by Qatar Cancer Society. The hotel also created a special “pink station” in the Lobby Lounge with complimentary pink treats for guests all day long. In addition, Aster Medical Clinic came by during the day for a breast cancer awareness session in which colleagues and guests were given educational information on breast cancer.
