Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday held via telephone a conversation with President of French Republic, Emmanuel Macron.
The conversation discussed the developments related to the Gulf crisis and efforts to bring closer the points of view among all parties. The President reiterated France’s support for the mediation of Kuwait to solve the crisis through diplomatic means and dialogue so as to avoid the crisis’ negative effects on the region and at the international level. The conversation also reviewed the solid bilateral ties between the two friendly countries and aspects of developing them in all fields.
