Kuwait: Kuwait's Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) announced Wednesday, June 3, 2026, the resumption of Kuwait Airways flights from Terminal 4 of Kuwait International Airport.

This comes after the completion of damage assessments by technical teams and relevant authorities, and the implementation of necessary measures to ensure the safety of operations.

In a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), the DGCA said the decision to resume operations came after field inspections and technical assessments conducted by the relevant authorities in coordination with various concerned government agencies to confirm the terminal's readiness to receive flights and passengers.

Passengers wishing to continue their journeys were advised to coordinate directly with Kuwait Airways to ascertain their flight schedules and confirm travel details.

The DGCA emphasized that the safety of passengers and staff remains a top priority and that it will continue to coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure the continuity of operations in accordance with the highest security standards
