KATMANDU: Nepalese Minister of Labor and Employment, Tek Bahadur Gurung today met Qatar's Ambassador to Nepal, Ahmed Jassim Al Hamar and praised the responsiveness of Qatari companies with the circumstances of Nepalese labour and the conditions of their families after the recent devastating earthquakes hit the Himaliyan nation.
In the meeting they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of boosting and developing the ties, particularly in the field of labour and workers, reports QNA.
For his part, Ambassador Al Hamar stressed that the Nepalese labor is appreciated and paid attention, adding that friendship ties between the two countries allow more Nepalese labor in Qatar.
