DOHA: Regency Concierge and Qatar Charity organised a charity drive in properties managed by Al Asmakh
Real Estate.
The charity drive, which started April 15 and ends May 10, is targetting more than 5,000 residential units. Bags are provided and ‘donation drop boxes’ are placed in designated areas where tenants can leave donated items.
The event organised by Regency Concierge, a division of Al Asmakh Real Estate, aims to provide tenants of selected properties managed by Al Asmakh Real Estate an opportunity to donate their used items to Tayf, the In-Kind Donations division of Qatar Charity.
The first phase took place at the West Bay, Al Sadd and Musheireb properties.
The next phase will target compounds in Al Waab and conclude with Ain Khalid Gate and Beverly Hills Al Rayyan. Ain Khalid Gate and Beverly Hills Al Rayyan are luxury compounds with a total of 1,365 units. Both compounds are a mix of villas and apartments with amenities to include gymnasiums, pools and tennis courts.
“Regency Concierge is excited to work with Qatar Charity and expand its charitable cause to our tenants. The Qatar Charity Donation Drive aligns with our corporate strategy to expand community initiatives to our staff as well as tenants of Al Asmakh Real Estate,” said Fadi Barakeh, General Manager of Al Asmakh Real Estate.
“Our property management team is proud to collaborate with Qatar Charity and support this great mission. We have received a positive overwhelming response from our tenants who are enthusiastic to donate and contribute to Qatar Charity,” said Raydan Diab, Properties General Manager of Al Asmakh Real Estate.
