Doha: The Permanent Population committee (PPC), in cooperation with the statistics sector of the Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics, will launch an opinion poll on population issues in Qatar today, comprising different questions for measuring the knowledge of population on population problems facing Qatar’s society and those facing the population policy and PPC as well. The opinion poll is considered one of the methodological assessment tools used by the PPC to assess the population policy’s objectives, periodic goals, mechanisms, and the approaches adopted to reach these goals.
