The Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics is conducting a survey this month seeking feedback from the public on the services provided by different ministries and government institutions.

The survey, in the second consecutive year, aims to know the views and opinions of people availing various government services. This will help the government entities to improve the quality of their services and solve problems facing the beneficiaries, the ministry said in a statement yesterday.

Regarding the methodology of the survey, the ministry said that researchers will interview people during their visits to government institutions to get services, as well as in some public places.

The researchers will also visit some families to collect information. The survey samples will also include beneficiaries of e-services provided by different government bodies through their official websites or Hukoomi or any other application.

The ministry urged all government bodies and and service providers and the public to cooperate with the survey team. People are also encouraged to visit the ministry's website (www.mdps.gov.qa) and participate in the survey by filling in the the given questionnaire.
