A training workshop on protocol and etiquette started on Sunday for 12 employees of the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment. The five-day workshop is being organised by the environmental studies centre of the ministry.
It aims to increase Qatari employees' skills in the field of how to deal with senior employees and guests during local and international events.
Among the prominent issues which were discussed during the workshop were the concept of the protocol, its importance and rules, and skills of dealing with personalities and guests, among others.
The workshop also included practical demonstrations and examples of protocol to study the cases in detail.
