Ukraine economy minister resigns due to slow pace of reforms

Ukraine Economy Minister Aivaras Abromavicius 

 

KIEV: Ukrainian Economy Minister Aivaras Abromavicius tendered his resignation on Wednesday out of frustration that major government reforms were being blocked, the latest sign of fracturing in the coalition government.

"I decided to tender my resignation from the post of minister," Abromavicius said.
