New Indian restaurant opens

DOHA: Shelter International Group of Companies opened a fine dining Indian restaurant, Indian Coffee House, Qatar yesterday.
The restaurant was opened by Indian Ambassador Sanjiv Arora in the presence of several dignitaries, including Dr Seetharaman, Group CEO, Doha Bank; Sheikh Jassim Ahmed Khalifa AI Thani, Chairman, Shelter International Group of Companies; Saqr Ahmed Khalifa AI Hitmi and  Yusuf AI Hayi, prominent businessmen; P S Sasikumar, Deputy Chief of Mission, Indian Embassy; Dinesh Udenia, First Secretary, Press and Education, Indian Embassy; Gireesh Kumar, President, ICC; and Aravind Patil, President, ICBF.
Indian Coffee House, Qatar is the only Indian restaurant in the country having an outdoor dining area called Udhyana Lounge, the Group said in a statement.
The restaurant will serve select popular dishes from all Indian states and the menu will be modified on suggestions from customers.
