Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received on Friday morning at Al Wajba Palace scores of well-wishers on the advent of Eid Al Adha.
The Emir received the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani, H E Advisory Council Speaker Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi and his deputy, Sheikhs, ministers, ministries' undersecretaries, Advisory Council members, and citizens.
The Emir also received heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the country as well as army and police officers, and heads of national institutions and departments.
The well-wishers expressed their greetings and congratulations to the Emir on such a blessed occasion, praying that it shall return with good and blessings for the Qatari people and the Arab and Muslim nations.
H E Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Khalifa Al-Thani attended the receptions along with H H Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the personal representative of the Emir; H H Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al-Thani; H H Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Thani; H E Sheikh Jassim bin Khalifa Al-Thani; and a number of Their Excellencies sons of the Father Emir.
The Emir also received on Friday afternoon at Al Wajba Palace scores of well-wishers of their excellencies sheikhs and citizens on the advent of Eid Al Adha.
The well-wishers expressed their greetings and congratulations to the Emir on such a blessed occasion.
