Doha: The Civil Service and Government Employment Bureau organised the third workshop for human resources managers in government authorities on Thursday.
The organisation of this workshop comes as completion for the second workshop activities that was held last March to further discuss the employment procedures in the field of Qatarisation policy and evaluate the performance in the government authorities and following up the enforced measures.
The workshop discussed the proposals related to Qatarisation, performance evaluation system, in addition to the most prominent challenges that face the professionals in this field, during which the participants got familiarised with the practical techniques that are consistent with the enforced strategies in the business environment, as well as the internal objectives and methods of implementation.
The Civil Service and Government Employment Bureau emphasised its commitment to constantly coordinating with the government authorities and extend the bridge of communication in terms of holding meetings an workshops to achieve the national goals that would patently upgrade and the government performance in multiple fields.
