Doha, Qatar: Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counter-Terrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution H E Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani met separately yesterday with HE Deputy Assistant Secretary (DAS) for Strategic Policy Scott Rembrandt and Acting Assistant Administrator of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for the Middle East region Andrew Plitt, as part of his current visit to the US.
The two meetings discussed bilateral cooperation between the two countries, and several regional and international issues of common concern.
In another context, the Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counter-Terrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution participated in a panel discussion at Hudson Institute. During the panel, he touched on the latest developments in a number of regional and international issues.
