Jassim Alkhanji, Director of Contact Center, malomatia
He has over 23 years of experience in customer service in Utilities & Telecom ranging from field support to contact centres. Before joining malomatia, he was working with Ooredoo Qatar, managing contact centre for Business Solution and Al Nokbha customers. Prior to Ooredoo, he had worked with Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa). Jassim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Qatar University.
