Doha: The Court of Appeal issued its judgement in Case No. 1169/2022, filed by Dlala Brokerage Company, a subsidiary of Dlala Holding Company, against one of its clients.
According to a statement published on Qatar Stock Exchange website, the Court ruled that the defendant pay to Dlala Brokerage Company an amount of QR 2,961,611, in addition to QR 300,000 as compensation for the damage.
Dlala Brokerage Company was established in January 2006 to provide brokerage services in equity of companies listed on financial markets.
