Doha, Qatar: The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB) has called on beneficiaries of Eskan housing services to update their data and verify the accuracy of their registered information and documents through the Eskan platform, ahead of a deadline of October 13, 2026.

The call comes as part of the Bureau’s efforts to enhance the efficiency and reliability of digital services, supporting Qatar’s digital transformation journey and improving the level of services provided to beneficiaries.

In an awareness campaign, the Bureau said beneficiaries have been receiving text messages from CGB in both Arabic and English, asking them to update their data through the Eskan portal before the stated date “in order to avoid stopping all Eskan services.”

Beneficiaries are urged to act promptly to ensure uninterrupted access to services provided through the platform.

The Eskan platform enables users to update their required data and documents, follow up on their applications electronically, stay informed of the latest developments and notifications, and manage data related to their housing units.

The Bureau said the initiative aims to facilitate procedures for beneficiaries, improve data quality, and support the delivery of more efficient services.

The platform is accessible through a dedicated mobile application, available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Beneficiaries can also scan QR codes featured in the campaign material to access the app directly.

The campaign encourages all registered users to check that their personal details and supporting documents are current and correct, a step the Bureau described as essential to streamlining transactions and enhancing the accuracy of records.

Eskan, a digital platform operating under the umbrella of the Bureau, brings housing-related services together in one place, allowing beneficiaries to manage their affairs without the need for in-person visits. The Bureau’s push for data updates reflects a wider government drive to improve the quality of information held across digital systems, which is seen as key to delivering faster, more accurate, and more personalised public services. Beneficiaries with queries about the update process should refer to the Eskan platform and the Bureau’s communication channels.
