Port Louis: Mauritius President Dr Ameenah Gurib-Fakim received Qatari Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (Non-resident) Yousef bin Mohammed Al Mahmoud who presented his credentials.
The ambassador conveyed greetings of Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the president and wishes of best health and happiness and the government and the people further progress and prosperity.
Dr Gurib-Fakim asked Al Mahmoud to convey her greetings to the Emir and her wishes to the Qatari people of further growth and prosperity.
She wished the ambassador success in enhancing friendship and cooperation between both countries. QNA
