Some university students are being radicalized by terrorists in Kenya

Nairobi: The director of Kenya's National Counter Terrorism Centre, Isaac Ochieng has warned that students from higher education institutions in Kenya are being radicalized by terrorist and extremist groups.
The National Intelligence Service have names of the students who have already been radicalized and are receiving salaries from the militia groups, Ochieng said.
"There is increased recruitment, training and indoctrination of the youth into terrorism cells. These terror groups are now targeting brilliant youths to recruit, he added.
Ochieng said that they have intelligence that some University of Nairobi students have been are already in the payroll of the Al Shabaab militant group.
