HEC Paris, a world leader in executive education, has gifted over 50 Business Management books to the Qatar Business Incubation Center (QBIC) and the Qatar National Library (QNL).
The books are a careful selection from the media centre collection of HEC Paris in Qatar, covering a range of disciplines from finance to human resources, leadership, strategy, marketing and economics. The initiative reflects on the commitment to actively support and participate in activities that promote education and enhance the general wellbeing of Qatar’s communities.
The books fall within the recommended framework of the Executive MBA program and the Specialized Master’s Degree in Strategic Business Unit Management curriculum, two of the high-profile and coveted executive education programs offered by the institute. Some of the publications were written by renowned HEC Paris professors including Dr Wolfgang Amann, Dr Pierre Dussauge and Dr Herve Stolowy. “We are honoured to be able to share knowledge with two organisations that are as passionate and dedicated to education and learning as we are,” Dr Nils Plambeck – Dean and CEO, HEC Paris in Qatar, said. “In addition to the HEC Paris core activity of consistently delivering high-quality executive education, we are committed to help shape the future of Qatar and society and this is one of the many ways we hope to contribute.”
